Jeannie, I’m 4 weeks post surgery. 7 hrs. Opened the front first , then fileted the back. A huge brace that I just got out of. Pain is gone. Now I need to build up back muscles that are going in a different direction. Main complication is feet that started swelling a few weeks ago.
